  • 01.Maintenance service

    The warranty period of the upgraded hardware and supporting services is 12 months, with the date on the delivery note issued by the customer as the starting date.

  • 02.Warranty service

    During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems under normal use, it will be provided with free maintenance service without any charge to Party A. It is not the quality problem of the instrument itself, but the damage caused by the user's human factors, so the cost of parts should be charged.

  • 03.Equipment installation

    When the products are delivered to the users, our company will send a special person to open the box together with the relevant personnel of your company. During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, our company will send experienced engineers to the site to guide the installation and commissioning for free, and the products will run normally and smoothly.

  • 04.Fault response

    Response time and on-site time of instrument fault repair: Party A's fault report from 8:30 to 17:30 every day shall ensure that the fault response time shall not exceed 4 hours. When the problem cannot be solved by telephone support, the on-site time in the same city shall not exceed 12 hours.

  • 05.Upgrade service

    1. The free warranty period of the product is 12 months, calculated from the date when the representatives of both parties sign on the product acceptance form. 2. During the warranty period, our company will carry out on-site repair and maintenance, software upgrade, patching and software defects for the testing instrument products provided by our company, without extra charge.

  • 06.On site maintenance

    All instrument warranty service methods are door-to-door warranty, that is, our company will send technicians to the customer's site to repair the instrument. During the warranty period, the cost incurred is not borne by the customer. If the warranty period exceeds, only the cost of parts will be charged, and no labor cost will be charged.

  • 07.Product training

    During the warranty period of the instrument, software upgrade service is provided free of charge, technical and maintenance personnel are trained free of charge, and maintenance personnel are contacted to provide long-term technical support in terms of maintenance and use. During the use of equipment in your unit, provide 24-hour maintenance, user requirements.
